SOLD A Swedish Mora Clock With Crown in Pale Green Paint Circa 1800

This special Mora clock has an elegant proportion with a slightly exaggerated wide middle curving into a graceful narrow neck. The crown with the cross, surrounded by oak leaves, indicates that it was likely made for someone in the royal household of the Wasa family of kings. The traces of pale green-grey paint are original. It has been serviced and is in working order.

All of our clocks are serviced and we guarantee them to be in fine working condition when they leave our store, a responsibility that we take very seriously. However Swedish clocks with very simple mechanisms often require setup and calibration when they are moved. When you purchase a clock it is best to have a professional clock technician come to your home to set it up and get it running reliably.
