What drew us to this gem of a Swedish antique cabinet is the wonderful shades of the original paint. The vertical doors echo the domed shape of the top, and this motif is repeated also in the carving of the panels. The doors open to reveal two shelves, and a silverware rack. The locks work splendidly, and the three bottom drawers offer additional storage. It’s smaller size makes it a versatile piece, and as it is in two parts, it will easily move into a country home or an apartment.
