This dramatic Swedish Rococo period tall case clock that once stood in a large manor house, has grand proportions, and the beautiful curved shape typical of the Rococo period. It has a number of features that set it apart, including a brass edge framing the glass door, a large brass pendulum, and the original painted face with Roman numerals and the signature of the maker. The pale grey paint is original. The excellent works have been serviced and keep time perfectly.
