This charming drop-leaf, known as a “Slagbord,” table brings with it hints of an elegant past. At one time it had paintings of flowers on each leaf, the remains of which can be seen on one side. It still retains traces of a black border, framing a decorative pattern of lacey flowers in a soft blue. Traces of this original blue color continue on the surface of the table. It has a single leg that opens on each side allowing enough room to seat up to eight people.
