A French three piece set of iron garden furniture in original paint with magnificent patina circa 1870. The chairs with medallion backs including their feet have survived in remarkable condition. The oval table is supported by the elaborate base which is joined at the center by a footrest. The footrest was likely used to keep the shoes of whomever was seated out of the grass. The eclectic design of the table base and the top of woven metal showcases the style of the Napoleon III Period.
